My installation of Neo HD 5 trial seems corrupt
 
I am trying to install the trial for NEO HD v5 on Windows 7 OS.

After the installation i start Firstlight, the splash screen stays on with the NEO... logo (it's not showing the NEO HD logo like when i start Hd_link) and some text at the bottom says "checking License". Then after maybe 20seconds the splash screen disappear and all the top menus are greyed out (file, edit, view, 3d)

The beta of NEO 3D is working with no issues. My second monitor works fine in that version too but in Neo HD, the second monitor and the "searching for license / no menu access" are not working at all.

Hdlink works fine.

Did you uninstall the other version before installing Neo HD?

yes, because i was having this issue i did a clean install to see if it would fix the issue.
