Why does Neoscene interlace my footage?

I'm using NeoScene to convert footage from my 5D MkII shot at 30fps.

In prefs I have selected 'maintain source frame format' but the end result is 'upper field first'.

How do I convert my 30fps progressive footage to the same thing?

I can see that i can convert it to 24p and it will remain progressive but i don't want 24p.

Any suggestions please?

It is not upper field first, that is likely a NLE default and nothing to do with the file.
