Streamline windows 7 for neohd

Hi everybody I am running windows 7 on a 2.66mhz cpu with four gigs ddr3 ram
I have met the minimum specs to run CineForm Neo HD, I have also attached a Black Magic Intensity card.
I would like to optimize windows 7 so i can lower the cpu load on my pc when trying to capture footage through my Intensity card. I need to lower the risk of dropped frames as much as i can.
So does anyone know what i have to do to shre some fat of windows 7?
at the moment iam running windows 7 ultimate, but i will be porting over to just windows Home, 64 bit of course, as this may help.
Manny thanks.

You will be fine as is. Window 7 is faster than Vista, and similar to XP, without any additional tweaks.
