Canon 7D footage being conformed to 540??

Anyone else seeing this... Canon 7D footage when brought into Premier (CS3 or CS4) looks good...
when the footage is output the 1080 footage goes to 540.... you can also see the footage convert to 540
if you put any video effect to the the footage on the time line you will see it shift to 540 after you hit the enter key for render.

I have tried this on two different computers with Neo4k and Neoscene....

The footage is imported as 1080 cineform avi...

Not sure whats going on... sure would like someone to chime in if you have seen this and have a fix...

Are you shooting 29.97 or 25p, rather than 23.976? The pal or ntsc frame rate, in NeoScene can be ambiguous whether they're decoded as interlaced or progressive. The NLE override so to interpret footage as progressive -- that will fix your issue. In HDlink set to progressive for Canon DSLR sources, also a fix.
