What do we get from NeoScene to v5 ?

Could someone explain to me what new features or better workflow I would get if I upgrade my 1.6 version of NeoScene to the newer one? I can't find a definite answer on the Cineform web site. I am working on vegas 8.0c. What this 50$ bring to me?

The upgrade gets you another 12-18 months of free updates. So far those updates to NeoScene v5 have include Adobe CS5, and Avid MC5 support, enhanced Canon DLSR support, and smart rendering fix for Vegas 9.
