first light in cs5

I just have installed my new CS5 bundle with the quadro fx 3800 if i start a cineform project and when i apply and effect from first light then the playback is not smooth and i can see at performance that my cpu's goes sometimes up to 100%.
If i do the same in CS3 it does not have these issues and playback is good cpu's only about 25%

Also if i put more files on my timeline and put a title on top when i render it out it gives this error R6025 pure virtual function call then my adobe premiere CS5 does not start up no more i have to restart my computer before i can use premiere again.

Can anyone help me please
Rudy

The "R6025 pure virtual" is an Adobe bug, that Adobe has instructed us on how to work work, the build will be up today.

CS3 defaults to half res playback, you can do the same in CS5 for more performance.
