severe artifacts with cineform and Vegas pro 10a stabilizer
Hi,
Having severe issues with cineform and the new vegas stabilizer. The stabilizer is only reason why I upgraded to 10 and its working ok, but not with cineform clips. Can anyone else confirm the issues? Thanks ! Description: Using the new video stabilizer feature in Vegas pro 10a produces severe artifacts. The artifact resemble interlaced video artifacts, as in jagged edges with fuzzy lines. This happens only to cineform clips, not to any other formated clips or the original Quicktime mp4 files from the canon 5D. Info: Camera Canon 5D M2 Format 1920 x 1080 30p Vegas Pro 10a Windows 7 64 bit Cineform NeoScene 6.2.1 (build 279) (all system components, cameras, encoders with latest updates) |

Make sure the Cineform conversion is in Progressive, not Interlaced. Stabilizers will always give jagged results with Interlaced video.
