NEO HDV wanted urgently at DVinfo.net

Anyone know if I can still download a copy of NEOHDV from Cineform? Can't see it on the site for obvious reasons but since upgrading to NeoScene I can't view any files captured using HDV. Considering we use our archive footage on a daily basis its a major headache having to reinstall/uninstall for every damn clip I want use.

To confound it all I deleted NEOHDV by mistake which leaves me totally unable to use ANY clips previously captured.

Help someone??

NeoScene is supposed to be fully compatible will all older CineForm files. Please send a short file that doesn't work (to me or support) and we will fix it ASAP. Rolling back to NEOHDV, will cause many more headaches.

I filed tickets earlier today but sent no clip. I'll get on to that right away. Which is quickest - send to you (how) or to support.

Out of interest, how would rolling back to HDV cause more problems? It was HDV that worked perfectly and upgrading to NEoScene where the problems started?.

NeoHDV is not forward compatible we anything produced in the last two years.

Use yousendit.com to your own email address, then forward that link to me via the email provided through DVInfo.net.
