Cineform with nanoFlash

So I know there are threads about this in the past, but CF has gone though so many changes lately, I thought it best to start a new thread. Also, the AF100, F3, and FS100 are making people use the nanoFlash like never before.

I just finished directing a film shot on the F3 and the nanoFlash. I recorded to MXF files, I-frame, 220M XDCAM 422 8-bit, 23.976, 1920x1080. Right now I'm just doing a rough edit in vegas with the 35Mbit XDCAM EX files that recorded onto the internal SxS card. When it comes time to conform, I'd like to know whether it would be better to conform to the nanoFlash's MXF's or convert those to Cineform AVI's? I'll be editing in either vegas or premiere on a bootcamp'ed MBP windows 7 64bit.

Besides firstlight, what do I gain by going to cineform? What level should I use to retain the info that this high-bitrate recorder acquired? Filmscan1? or just High?

I know somebody on here's shooting with the F3 and a nano... what're you using?

With Cineform you have additional space to elaborate color thanks to 10bit / 12bit depth of Cineform.
You can do different color setup thanks to databases's ability, and more...
