NEOPLAYER MAC - users cannot change/install looks
 

Installed Neoplayer on MAC
Double Clicked on .look file, nothing happens, it doesn't know what application to open it with.

I am shooting on si2k, and am changing the look for the online editor on my NEO suite. I have sent him the new look files.

Is there any way for him to install the new look files on his editing suite with neoplayer?

Please help!

don;t work that way of the Mac. NeoPlayer can't install look. Install the Neo trial, load the look with FirstLight.

their trial license has expired.
