CF Metadata TC vs qt TC

Resolve uses the CineForm metadata for timecode instead of the QT timecode track.

Turns out that there are 2 Timecodes and the CF TC is different from the qt TC. Any solutions ?

I have wasted 3 days on using EDL or XML to give a roundtrip form FCP7 to Davinci Resolve.
I can ask Blackmagic, but it seems to be more a CF issue. I dont see why there need to be 2 conflicting timecodes ?

Here are the relevant files -

Re: CF Metadata TC vs qt TC

This is an extremely long time ongoing problem I have been reporting for about a year now.
Not only FCP but also PPro is affected.
