HDLink converting VERY slow, low CPU usage

Normally, HDLink converts the MTS files from my GH2 very quickly, using ~100% of all 4 CPU cores and ~6.5GB of my 8GB of RAM. Today, it's only using 1-5% of CPU and just over 2GB of RAM. I haven't changed any hardware or software settings or installed any new software. I Googled for a solution and ended up doing a clean uninstall and reinstall, following Cineform's instructions. I also uninstalled K-Lite Codec Pack and reinstalled it without ffdshow, following a recommendation from David Newman in another thread. It's still converting incredibly slow with barely any CPU usage. I have HDLink set to High priority and affinity for all cores in Task Manager. I don't know what else to do to get it to use the full CPU & RAM available.

Anyone have any ideas?
