Cineform in VegasPro12

Cause of big problems with editing Hero3-footage (1080p60) (See other topic), i want to add the cineform codec to Vegas Pro. How do i do that? I cannot find any downloadlink. The only thing i find is the Cineformstudio.
Also, I cannot find Neoscene for adding to Vegas Pro?

GoPro CineForm Studio includes the CineForm codec support in Vegas. You no longer need NeoScene and it has since been discontinued in favor of the free Studio software.

Thanks for the answer, I was a bit confused with Cineform, Neoscene, ...

I have installed the GoPro Cineform Studio where i can play the GoPro footage without problems but in Vegas the framerate lowers to 7fps in the previewscreen. When i play it in a lower quality it is better but not optimal. Is this normal or do I have to enable the Cineform somewhere in Vegas?
