Will Aspect convert mpeg4 into CFHD that is editable in Premiere Pro 2.0? If so, what is the procedure??

If you can load the MPEG4 into Premiere, After Effects, Vegas, or basically anything that output CFHD (tools that support Video For Windows), then you can use that tool to convert file to CineForm AVIs.
