DVD Settings at DVinfo.net

I have created a Cineform SD AVI thru the Export Movie command as outlined on the Cineform Support Site from a 1280X720 30P timeline to a 720X480 29.975 with a 1.2 pixel aspect ratio for the creation of DVD's What are the best settings to use with the Adobe Media Encoder for the best quality DVD? Would Adobe Encore be a better quality solution? And what would be it's best settings? I would like the DVD to play a 16:9 image on a widescreen display, and be letter-boxed on a 3:4 display.
