Installing Updates

I downloaded and installed Aspect 4.12 - Build 60.

How does one check their installed build? The splash screen that pops up within PPro 2.0 only says 4.1 (no build reference), and my HD Link program says it is still only build 59.

And by the way... the Cineform site is not the most navigatable place in the world when trying to access the latest updates.

You are correct. Aspect HD 4.1.2 build 60, is labelled as build 59 in HDLink -- oopps! We will fix that very soon.

As for getting the upgrades, simply click on the "upgrade" arrow on the front page next to Aspect HD. Maybe that should look more like buttons, but they take you directly to the upgrade pages.

Thanks David!

FYI, when you seek out updates at your site via the support pages, it takes you to an outdated area.

Connect HD 3 (now version 3.0.4) supports both Vegas 5 and 6.

So there is no benefit in upgrading?

Yes there are benefits to Vegas 6 over 5, I'm just pointing out that the CineForm tools don't require them.
