Best settings to Filmout

I am currently half way through on a short fiction production using Panasonic HVX 200.
We have so far shot in.

720p 30 frames
720pN 30 and 60 frames
1080i 30 frames

and on the second day of production we enjoy the the material we had shot so much that we decided to make a 35mm tranfer of it. So we are shooting
1080i 24p from now on.

We are going to edit in adobe premiere using cineform to convert.

So here are the questions.

1. What is the best setting in cineform to accomodate all different
formats?
2. Once the short is edited, what is the best way to convert to
TIF

Your help will be much apreciated.

Thank you in advance.

It is tricky to use 30p content in a 24p project. Would you consider reshooting the first day? If not, 30 to 24p will have some frame blending issues. It would be best to convert your 30p elements to 24, before they enter the timeline. So do your shot selection, then run those through Magic Bullet, DVFilm, or Twixtor (or something.) Once all the media has the same frame rate the resolution mixes are not a problem, they can can all be put in the one project.

Use After Effects Pro to export a TIFF or DPX sequence.
