CF and alpha layers
 

We have been using DigitalJuice's Juicer3 to output AVI's of their material.

Since we are now working (trying to work...) with Premiere Pro CS3, we noticed none of the AVI's we output using Cineform's codec (at ANY compression level), have their alpha layers.

Here's the stupid questions: do we have to use only huge UNCOMPRESSED AVI's to get the alpha layer? Does CF not work with alpha layers? Are we doomed to import and work with giant uncompressed AVIs?

Come on CF, where's the alpha layer support? We need it! Help! Don't condemn us to uncompressed AVI land!
