Urgent Help files not closed.
 
We now have 3 Flash XDR Version 1.0.21 and used the first time in anger last friday, All three units recorded fine and play back fine. Cards handed over to customer and copied to avid. One of the cards seems to have files on it that are not closed???? and avid reports and I/O error Any help or suggestions to recover!!!

Suggest you email Convergent Design direct. Although Mike Schell and Dan Keaton are probably at NAB in Vegas this week, Tommy Schell may be at C-D and is very knowledgeable and responsive - he may be able to help.

Version 21 was a short lived version which may have had a bug in it causing the problem you're
seeing, but we should be able to work around it.
