nanoFlash File Size/Time experience.

Can anyone provide field experience using the nanoflash recording .mpg files from a camera output HDMI 1080i 30P recording at either 25 Mbps, or 35Mbps what is the file size for a given time? Or stated another way, how long does it take to complete a 100% file on the nanoFlash? Are your 100% files sized at 3.5GB or does it vary?

Hi Clarke-
The 100% file size is indeed 3.5GB. You do have the option to reduce the file size down to 20% (or about 700 MB) if you desire.

Using the 3.5GB size, you can expect about 18 minutes at 25 Mbps and about 13 minutes at 35Mbps record time per file. You can directly ratio this number down for smaller file sizes.

Best-

Appreciate the help.

Thank you Mike. I am integrating the files from my nanoFlash with GPS files, and this will help my conversion time. I found varying times in different documents, and hope to get as close as possible.
