Recording Interlaced Via nanoFlash

I currently record "progressive" from my XLH1 to my nanoFlash. Settings "Long Gop", "record PSF", "Prog" boxed ticked (checked) , "Play Prog". 140Mbps.

Camera set to "25f".

I want to try interlaced, and would be grateful to know what settings I would need. I think interlaced might be better for wildlife video (birds in the main) where there is a lot of motion, panning and the like.

I record 25f from my xlh1 to my nanoflash too.
For interlaced I'm guessing you set your camera to 50i and uncheck Record PSF> Prog on the nanoflash (I guess uncheck play prog too). Everything else should be the same.

Dear Ron,

To record 1080i50, set your camera to 1080i50 (do not use 25F).

Do not set Video|Record PSF>Prog.
