Only input that works is SDI A IN

I was able to reinstall firmware to see if resetting my unit would fix monitoring problems i have with output putting green bar across image. Now all that works is SDI A IN? No outputs.

Re: Only input that works is SDI A IN

Dear Chris,

If you are in any mode, other than Multi-Stream, then Input A must be present,
and other inputs are not supported.

Except if you are using Dual Link then Input A and Input B are supported
(using both inputs from one camera in Dual Link mode.)

------------------

If you are in Multi-Stream, then Input A must be present and you can use Input B, I/O A and/or I/O B.
Just remember that Input A is always required.

This gives you up to four inputs for monitoring only.

Multi-Stream Recording will be an extra-cost option scheduled to be released later this year.

------------------

Chris, I hope you are aware that we provide 24/7 support for all of our customers and potential customers.

During normal working hours, Colorado Springs Time (Mountain Time), our phone number is:

seven two zero - two two one - three eight six one (This is a United States phone number)

I provide support 24/7 and the best way to reach me is:

seven one nine - nine three zero - one three seven six (This is a United States phone number)

My normal working hours are 7 am to 10 pm (Eastern Time)

But, I try to answer the phone 24/7. Of course there are times when I am in meetings or already on the phone, or without phone service while flying.

------------------

If you are seeing a green bar across the bottom of the image, on an external monitor connected to the output of the Odyssey7Q, this is indicating that the Odyssey7Q is ready to record, and a red bar indicates that the Odyssey7Q is recording.

This feature is selected via the Output Menu, Rec Tally, and the options are On and Off.

This is a very useful feature, but not for everyone.

If the Odyssey7Q is not ready to record, there will be no Green Tally Light Bar.

If the Odyssey7Q is ready to record, there will be a Green Tally Light Bar.

If the Odyssey7Q is recording, there will be a Red Tally Light Bar.

Respectfully,
