vanishing point in CS3, imports crooked

I've tried to make a "vanishing point" in photoshop and import it into after effects, but it always imports sideways, upside down, or totaly displaced. In the tutorials the image imports and looks the same as it did in photoshop. But for me it imports all over the place, why does the move so much when it's not supposed to move at all?
