Speeding up a project clip in AE

So I have this template with which I'm working, and it's a 3 minute project.

I want to cut it down to 30 seconds.

What's the best way to speed it up, yet retain all of the timing of all the components in the Comp?

You can nest the comp (just drag it into a new comp) and "time stretch", there you can type in the length you want.
I had problems with this when doing a complex animation, where I could tell the things were a frame or half a frame out of sync -so things dissapeared for 1 frame on a cut. In this case I rendered an animation, and sped that up instead of the comp.

Thank you, the nesting seems the most logical solution. Thank you, all contributors.
