AE on PC, how slow is it

I just wonder if what I see is normal for AE on PC, I'm rendering motion tracking of two video tracks in the third one all in 720p and it takes like 2 sec per frame, no any other effects applied , rendering on C2Q Q9550, 4Gb RAM, Raid 0 -2xWD Raptor,
is that normal?
thanks.

I would say it depends on the size of the tracker, the larger you make it the more it has to process. Plus you have two so I reckon 2 seconds sounds about right.
It shouldn't really matter thats its 720p.
