Photoshop for After effects GURUS!

I Merged a couple of photos in Photoshop cs4 , the images were taken with my D40x Nikon, raw file, then it's 16bits image. now when i save it as Tiff or other formats, and bring it into after effects, THE COLOR Is completely DULL , as if the range of colors dropped drastically , looks really bad, now, what can i do to make it look the same way like i see it in photoshop?

Thanks
Arthur.

Arthur, Daniel's right. Check your color spaces in both applications to make sure that they match. A mismatch with make things all manky.
