How to accelerate a moon around a planet in AE

I'm not highly experienced in animation and I feel like this is probably straightforward to someone in the know. In AE I have a satellite orbiting a planet to a simply circular path. The path has several keyframes. I want to create an acceleration that eventually is extremely fast (to the point of being blurred) and then slow it down to a stop. The only thing I have to far is an Ease Out and In, but the middle portion is at a constant speed. I assume this involves something in the speed graph editor, but I'm at a loss. Any help is appreciated.
