Stretching Animated Background in After Effects!

Hi Pros!!

I have an animated background which I want to use for my Chromakey however, it is only 1 minute long.
Can someone please tel me as how I can stretch it to the same length as of my movie footage?
I don,t want it to be slow motioned.

Any thoughts?

Thanks
Matthew

Well, if you stretch it, it will be slow motion. So, about the only thing to do is cut it up and reuse portions of it, have two instances of it, reverse one and place on the end of the first one so that it "bounces" from beginning to end to beginning. Or, cut out portions of it that are still, and lengthen those parts.

That's all assuming it's a self-contained movie, if it's something else you might be able to go into its settings. If it's an After Effects compositions you can move the keyframes around, lengthen certain layers, and so on. Same goes for Motion, Shake, et al.
