"threshold rgb"... where is it?!

I'm using After Effects 7 Pro and I found several tutorials online referencing to the "Threshold RGB" effect (which used to be in the 'Adjust' folder in previous versions) but I don't seem to have it anywhere (search turned up nothing).

The only thing I find is the normal standard Threshold effect.

What's going on?
