H.264 output missing?

A few days ago I moved up to After Effects CS3.

The day I installed it I distinctly remember H.264 being an available video format when rendering your timeline...

I no longer see the option there!

I have no clue why it is not showing up, I'm hoping someone else has some ideas as to why it would be gone.

Any help is greatly appreciated- thanks.
