Still Camera's are classified as video cameras.

new European rule says any digital still camera with a resolution higher than 800x600 recording video of 30 minutes of more (at 23 fps or higher) must now be classified as a 'video camera recorder'.

That's pretty carzy, If you don't think so, just compare it to how fast
the sdxxx series in Nikon is advancing
