After a nice long hiatus, we are back with our 19th festival of 48 hour filmmaking this weekend! Our 3rd annual Halloween show promises thrills, chills and battles of wills (the random pairings of writers, directors and actors is never boring!). Watch as the directors come shuffling in with their films at the last second, transformed into seasonally-appropriate zombies from lack of sleep and too much caffeine and adrenalin. And speaking of zombies--I've dusted off our "28 Days Later"-influenced Halloween promo once again; watch "Dirty Love" director John Asher get stalked by a couple of creepy ghouls at iFilm (www.ifilm.com).

For those based in Los Angeles, come see the show this Sunday night at the Los Angeles Center Studios downtown. As always, there's a cocktail hour before and after the screening as well as awards. It's a great night of entertainment!
