Smoke 2015 at NAB
Very much at the high end, but it will have a subscription available like a number of other NLEs.

Several years back, I had got my film edited in Smoke. I was pretty impressed with the software. So it would be nice to try it out myself. Wonder what kind of additional hardware requirement they are talking to colour grade in Smoke. Any ideas?
