A question about doing audio setup menu in dvdsp
 

How do I do a setup menu in dvdsp where you can choice which audio channel to use.

I want a menu with three choices

1. dolby digital
2. dts
3 stereo

When you choice one it will be that sound on the movie.

from that menu you can choice go back to meny and one - watch movie.

If you go back to the meny you still have the audio settings with you if you for example go to chapters and play one from there.

Do you understand.

Is this a hard work to do?

I just setup a simple example for you...

1) create a menu for your audio selection
2) add menu buttons for your audio tracks
3) create scripts for each audio track you have (I had two)
4) on the script items, create a command "set system stream audio", adjust the parameters to "immediate value" and set audio to whatever audio track you want to set. Now create another script item with the jump command, and have it return to your audio sleection menu
5) point your audio menu buttons to each script item to change the audio of your video tracks.

This seems to work well, not sure about the selecting different chapters. I didn't have a chance to set that up but as long as your video tracks all have corresponding audio tracks (english dolby-track1, english stereo-track 2, english commentary-track 3, etc.) it looks like it will work. There might be a better way, but this works
