Anyone use Verity systems duplicating machines?
 

Hi,

I own a verity systems optiprinter pro - something a bit like this - http://www.veritysystems.co.uk/copie...disc%20printer

and there's so little user support on them, I think it's a shame! :-)

Is anyone else using them, or am I the only one? :-)

Maybe there could be a robotic duplicator forum here or something along those lines? As far as I know, there's nothing else like that on the web! (I'd like to be corrected though)

Chris, I purchased a Titan-lite robotic standalone cd/dvd burner. My deciding factor on what brand to buy was to call each technical department prior to making my purchase. The manufacturer of the machine I purchased answers the phone promptly, they put me through to the tech department with no hassles, the tech department is friendly and speaks the same language that I speak. I paid more for my unit than the competitor that had a tech department that needs an RMA# just to speak to them. It has not yet broken down, I can not say how well the tech actually is.
