What software are you using

I have been editing HD video in vegas and I would like put some onto a DVD in HD. What software has the best options for producing a DVD?
I tried with DVD acrhitect but it would not burn in HD.

Stew... I'll assume you want to burn a BD disk. I've not burned BD yet, but I have had luck with two products. For basic stuff I've used Nero for years. It doesn't give as many menu settings as I would like, but it's quick and it runs like a train. At least version 6 has for several years. Version 8 w/the BD option can be had for about US$100.

Adobe Encore is very flexible but can be a little flaky and has what I deem a counter-intuitive interface. Once you figure it out it's very powerful. I don't know the price but it's probably much more expensive than Nero.

Nero 8 works well, but I don't think it will create BDMV files on its own, just BDAV.

Encore will give you BDMV with menus and chapters, but the burning process has been flaky for me, so I use Encore to create the ISO image and then burn it with Nero.

Also Encore does not currently support subtitles for Blu-ray which is frustrating.

I don't use it, but I think that DVD Architect Pro 4.5 will also do BDAV.
