QT Conversion file will only work on my system

I have a exported a Final Cut file to QT using QT Conversion conversion and it will only play on my system. i emailed the file to the client and he is unable to open the file on his computer. He is using a windows system. The QT file works fine on my Mac even after emailing it back to myself to determine if something was amiss in the email download. In attempt to determine if it his computer that is unable to read the file I also sent it to another windows user and they as well are unable to open the file.

The conversion process does not have an option to make the movie self-contained so I know that is not where I dropped the ball any ideals or advice?

Here are the conversion settings I used

QT Conversion

Compression- H.264
Size Custom 480 x 360
Letterbox
Sound
Format IMA 4:1
Rate: 22.050

I have also converted the file to a windows format but after conversion I lost all audio toward the end and all slugs and text.

Do they have quicktime?

Apparently not a compatible version which is why also converted the file to a windows format but after conversion I lost all audio toward the end of the clip and all slugs and text.
