Where you do guys order custom DVD/cases? at DVinfo.net

Hey guys, looking to order some custom DVDs and cases for the wedding I did last week. I've used mpixpro before for their custom DVDs, which are $5 so totally reasonable, but their cases are $30 each :\
In the future I'd love to include the expensive packaging, but I think I might have a hard time selling them on $40 for each DVD copy haha, so does anyone have other recommendations for relatively cheap custom DVD printing? Or just the cases, as I'm ok ordering the discs themselves from mPix.
