Organizing Creative Commons images?

Hello everyone,
I'm not sure if this is the right place to post, but I've been exploring the Creative Commons for still images to use over interview talking heads. Since I want to have options for the edit, I'm pulling a number of images. In order to give the proper attributions to the photographers, names, links, CC license, etc. it is ending up taking a lot of time to document these things and keep them all straight. Does anyone have an efficient method of doing this? Would really appreciate pointers as my method seems pretty cumbersome.
Thanks in advance.
