I have been wanting to purchase a Wally Dolly after the rave reviews the U.K shooters are giving it, but I cannot find any distributers in the U.S. Does anyone know if there is a retailer that sells them in the states?

Josh,
as far as I know the Wally Dolly is not directly for sale in the USA. You could try contacting one of the Australian distributers such as Lemac.
