All-in-one dolly

I am looking around for an all-in-one dolly. That is, a dolly that has both the camera pedastal and the seat on it. Here is an example in text since I cannot upload an image right now.

EDIT: I drew a picture (or rather, typed a picture) through text but it did not work. Anyway, any suggested models?

Hi Jasper.........

possibly of no interest as they're not in the States, but give B.Hague in the UK a scrute. Just Google the name, their stuff is not exactly "state of the art" (not necessarily a bad thing) but the workmanship and materials are top class.
