Been a few times I wished I had known the theme before "signing up"...

...But then it wouldn't have been as much a challenge, would it.

I've seen the day I stepped in front of the camera myself, running it with a remote, the day before submission deadline to get something in out of spite.

Turned out not too bad, and I still had fun with it.

Jump in, may be just what the doctor ordered.

So you sign up, and if theme doesn't work for you, you make a film anyway, and squeeze the theme in somehow. Then everyone says, "Wow, what a wonderful film... beautiful cinematography, great actors, or cute story". Then someon says, "Dude, not sure if I see the theme connection". But you still made a film...

I will make a showing on this contest. Even though I said I would for the charity challenge, time constraints held me back for that one. I am setting time aside just for this.

He needs to close it once the theme is announced, because I'm holding off on UWOL sign-ups until it's DVC closes, and he is hogging most of March - he can't have April, too!

Cage match, cage match...
