DVC Youtube group
Someone asked for a Youtube channel, so I researched that and I think what we want is a Youtube group.

Dylan,
Not sure if you thought of this, or care, but now the videos are/will be available before you release them in groups. Are you able to put some sort of hold on the DVChallenge Group videos to restrict their viewing until you decide? Or does it not matter? Some will be posting long before the due date for future Challenges. Mike

I set it up so I will be able to hold films from being visible in the group until I release them, although a few snuck under the radar. I figure some will get seen regardless. D PS, haven't got your submission yet! :)

So am I the only one having trouble getting a confirmation from that flippin' YouTube? It won't let me upload without it.
Yes, I've waited LOTS of minutes after giving them the info; yes, I've checked my junk folder. Starting to get a little testy over here...

I've checked it all...still nothin'. Even tried getting confirmation through a different computer.
Last night I uploaded to Google video just to make sure I wasn't losing my mind (we worry like that at a certain age). I'm starting to think I don't like Youtube much...

Sorry Lorinda, this is probably a stupid question. But at which point of the process are you having trouble? Are you trying to open a YouTube account for the first time? or are you waiting for confirmation that your film has been successfully uploaded?

If you are a member and have your movie online, it is real easy to put it in the group. You just click on "Join The Group" and it takes you to your movies and then you just click on it and it sends it right to the group. Be patient, can't wait to see your movie! See you in September!
