Forum update issues.

Not sure where to post this, I didn't see a "Feedback Area" or anything.

Having just gone through this same upgrade on another board a few months back, I'm recognizing some of the same issues with conversion.

The first and biggest (to me) is the forum seems to be locked at a particular size horizontally. This results in large amounts of white space on either side of the content and the forum just being a thin column on my screen.

Not sure if this is happening to anyone else.

Bryan,

There is now a menu on the bottom left side of the main page where you can set the width. Set it to "wide" and that should help.

Also, there is a thread discussing the new forum layout in the news section.

Ahhh....perfect.

And thanks for the link to the thread. Missed it in my search.

Uh I know you can't please all the people and I'm sure everyone is happier with some sort of speed increase but is there any way to go back to the look the old bulletin board had? This new system just feels like all the other BB on the web. Just my opinion I'm sure others feel differently.

Bear with me Nick, I am going to do a classic "old school DV Info" look that you can assign as your default skin, but it'll have to wait until I'm home from NAB. So just a few days of this, just hang in there... thanks,

Possible bug in "Blue White" Style

The links look the same as the plain text until you hover over them... what can I do to make them stand out? This is using Firefox 1.0.3 and Internet Explorer 6 on Windows XP.

Interesting. I see links in a different color. (blue)
