Everyone who submitted a film is a finalist! For those of you who aren’t familiar with the way we do things in the charity challenge, the shows won’t be posted all at once; instead, we will sprinkle them across three days so that filmmakers get "more time in the sun” on feedback. WITHOUT PREJUDICE


I was hoping to present to you our film, a reality travel show, taking viewers to Las Vegas to experience what goes on during NAB (National Association of Broadcasting) every April, integrating various forms of visual media to take the viewer on a mile-a-minute thrill ride.

And then tragedy.... Our film has suffered catastrophic failure on all levels of production. The film we had dreamed of is gone, never to be seen. It's over. Done. I won't go into details, needless to say we are crushed.

I hate posting nothing, so I went searching for something similar to give you all an idea of what heights we could have achieved. Fortune swung back our way and I found something extremely similar to our film posted on Vimeo. And thus I submit a link to their film instead. I contacted the user and was given permission to repost this here.

WARNINGS

1) The following content contains coarse language, implied nudity, adult situations, violence, alcohol, sexuality, and expensive cameras. Many adults may be offended - ESPECIALY IF YOU DON'T THINK DEAD STRIPPERS ARE FUNNY.

2) Consider it NOT SAFE FOR WORK. It is best viewed with the music cranked up and without your spouse who will never let you go to Vegas if she sees it.

3) This film is NOT IN COMPETITION, meaning you cannot vote for it, as it violates almost every rule of the DV Challenge, plus, is not an official entry, and has no ties to The DV Challenge or DVinfo.

4) All characters appearing in this film are ficticious, any resemblence to real persons or DVinfo moderators, living or dead, is purely coincidental.
