Ulead DVD Factory problem

Hey guys, I am having problem with ulead dvd factory. everytime i output through it the video cames out jettery with pans and zoom. If i use encore no problem the video is a fab. I tried all field lower, higher and the video still jetter with pans. Do you guys know what am i doing wrong? Thx
