Cannot build or format DVD in 1.5!

I am using Panther on a 1 GHz PowerPC G4 17" powerbook.

I have made a DVD project in DVDSP 1.5 and am ready to go and then nada. It will not let me build or format the disc. The project is no where NEAR too big and all the preview stuff works. Does anyone know what the deal is?
