Easiest way to export from FCP to DVD

I just finished a project on FCP 4 and am wondering what is the fastest and easiest way to export/burn to DVD. I don't necessarily need a dvd menu. I just want it to play on a dvd player. iDVD is not an option for me. I have dvd studio pro but haven't quite learned yet and toast. I think those are all my options.

1. file -> export > quicktime > mpeg 2
2. drag into toast and burn a dvd.
