MINOR PROBLEM: FCP 4 EXPORT TO COMPRESSOR [export for DVD..mpeg2]

Systems:

FCP4
Compressor 1.2
Maxtor 250GB external Hardrive
Fire wire input/output

I'm exporting off a final draft of a video sequence from FCP to compressor and having audio issues. For some reason, after the video and audio is finished processing in compressor, the audio aiff. file is completely different from the audio that was actually on the FCP audio track. Somehow it took the ORIGINAL audio from the actual camera recordings but that specific audio is nowwhere to be found on the FCP audio tracks...? I have voice overs and music but none of the original camera recorded audio in the finished sequence.

I'm obviously missing a step here. Can someone sketch out the basic export to compressor 1.2 process. I'm only given the options in compressor for 120 min high quality mpeg or 60 fast encode mpeg NOTHING ELSE! Do i need a more updated version?

Any advice would be appreciated

You can always export the audio separately as an .aiff then convert it to AC3 in a.pack.
