HD to dvd, premier cs5 5d mark II

Can someone share there workflow for getting 5dmark II hd footage to dvd using premier/encore cs5. I'm going to try the links below, but I'm still concerned with getting the aspect ratio correct. The test's I'd originally done, the quality was bad and I get black bars on the top and bottom rather than the native footage 16:9, 24 progressive.

I guess my questions are, whats the best method to deal with the aspect ratio, and does my footage need to be converted to interlaced to work on dvd?

can you put up a screen shot of the options you selected for output, project settings, etc?
